Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 23, 2026

All rental agreements with Mooring Point Services Inc. are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are subject to a minimum six (6) month service commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments made for active billing periods are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered under limited circumstances including:

  • Duplicate billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Service disruptions caused solely by Mooring Point Services Inc.
  • Billing mistakes verified by the company

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
