Return Policy

Effective Date: May 23, 2026

Mooring Point Services Inc. provides washer and dryer rental services and does not sell physical products through its platform. As a result, traditional product returns do not apply.

Customers may request termination of a rental agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in their signed service agreement. Rental units remain the property of Mooring Point Services Inc. and may only be removed, exchanged, or returned through an authorized service process.

If a customer experiences an issue with a rented appliance, Mooring Point Services Inc. will evaluate the issue and may provide repair, replacement, or service support at its discretion and in accordance with the rental agreement.
