Services

Mooring Point Services Inc. provides residential appliance rental services including washer and dryer rentals, installation coordination, and related support services.

Rental Agreements

All customers entering into service arrangements may be required to sign separate rental agreements outlining:

• Monthly pricing
• Equipment provided
• Service terms
• Duration requirements
• Customer obligations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, rental agreements require a minimum six (6) month commitment.

Payments

Customers authorize recurring billing for services selected.

Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.

Late or declined payments may result in:

• Additional fees
• Suspension of services
• Equipment retrieval
• Account collection efforts

Equipment Ownership

All rented appliances remain the sole property of Mooring Point Services Inc.

Customers agree not to sell, transfer, modify, relocate, or tamper with equipment without prior written authorization.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Maintain a safe installation environment
• Provide accurate information
• Use appliances responsibly
• Notify Mooring Point Services Inc. of service issues promptly

Limitation of Liability

Mooring Point Services Inc. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or equipment.
